After Google's failure to update its maps in time to pick up my carpet (see Google Carpet), I decided to try and create my own substitute satellite in order to get a suitable ariel photograph to document the project.

Having been denied permission to use a remote helicopter to photograph the carpet I found a rocket that was designed to take a photograph when it reached its highest point of trajectory. I tried this method with two rockets, unfortunately both got irretrievably trapped in nearby trees.
